Last updated: 2026-05-25
1. Overview
WorkTwins sells digital SaaS subscriptions for compatibility insights, team matching, company pages, worker profiles, and related platform tools.
WorkTwins is an AI-powered SaaS platform for worker matching, team compatibility, and collaboration insights. It currently focuses on developers and computer-related workers, including QA, DevOps, data, AI/ML, IT support, cybersecurity, product, and technical operations. Future versions may support other categories of workers, including physical and field-based workers.
2. Free plan
The Worker Profile plan is free and does not require payment.
3. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans may include Team Pilot, Growth Team, Enterprise SaaS Plan, or other WorkTwins SaaS plans shown on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions may include access to company workspaces, company pages, team profiles, worker-to-worker matching, worker-to-company matching, worker-to-team matching, team-to-candidate matching, team-to-team matching, group compatibility analysis, compatibility reports, explanations, and the WorkTwins matching dashboard.
4. Paddle payments
Payments, subscriptions, taxes, invoices, and payment methods may be processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record or payment processor for WorkTwins purchases where applicable. Paddle may collect and process payment and billing information under its own legal terms and privacy policy.
WorkTwins does not store full payment card details. Paddle may handle taxes, invoices, receipts, subscription billing, payment method updates, cancellations, and refunds. Customer billing information may be shared between Paddle and WorkTwins as needed to provide the service, manage subscriptions, comply with tax/legal obligations, and provide support.
WorkTwins provides SaaS-based compatibility insights and collaboration recommendations. WorkTwins does not make final employment decisions. All hiring, employment, contracting, compensation, promotion, discipline, firing, and other employment-related decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant company and must include human review.
5. Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time through:
- their account billing page, if available;
- the Paddle customer portal or receipt/subscription management link, if available;
- contacting WorkTwins support.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly approved, cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period.
6. Refunds
Because WorkTwins provides digital software access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where WorkTwins or Paddle approves a refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not provided because a customer did not hire a candidate, a candidate was not hired, a match did not result in employment, or a company did not receive a particular hiring outcome.
WorkTwins does not guarantee employment, job placement, interviews, candidate availability, hiring outcomes, or hiring speed.
7. EU/UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right for digital services, you may have additional rights under applicable law. Where required, those rights will be respected.
8. Enterprise SaaS Plan support
Fees for Enterprise SaaS onboarding, configuration, workflow setup, dashboard/report configuration, or integration assistance are generally non-refundable once the related subscription period has started or the related platform setup work has begun, unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Enterprise SaaS support is limited to onboarding, configuration, usage support, workflow setup, dashboard/report configuration, and integration assistance for the WorkTwins SaaS platform.
9. Failed payments
If payment fails, WorkTwins or Paddle may retry payment, notify the account owner, suspend paid features, downgrade a workspace, or cancel access to paid features.
10. Taxes
Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Paddle may calculate, collect, remit, or report taxes where applicable.
11. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact WorkTwins support at [email protected] or use the contact page at https://worktwins.com/contact/. Please include the account email, company name if applicable, Paddle receipt or subscription reference if available, and a short explanation of the request.
