This addendum covers US state privacy laws outside California where applicable.

2. Rights

Depending on state, users may have rights to:

• confirm whether WorkTwins processes personal data;
• access;
• correct;
• delete;
• obtain a copy/portability;
• opt out of targeted advertising;
• opt out of sale;
• opt out of certain profiling with significant effects;
• appeal request denials.

3. No Targeted Advertising

WorkTwins does not use work signals for targeted advertising.

4. No Sale

WorkTwins does not sell personal data.

5. Profiling / Matching

WorkTwins provides compatibility recommendations. It should not be used as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
