WorkTwins relies on appropriate lawful bases for processing, such as contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or other basis as reviewed.

5. Workplace Use

Company customers using WorkTwins in the UK must provide appropriate employee/candidate notices and should not use WorkTwins outputs as the sole basis for employment decisions.

6. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK, WorkTwins will use appropriate UK transfer safeguards.
