Mexico Privacy Addendum

1. Scope

This addendum applies to users in Mexico where Mexican data protection rules for private parties apply.

3. Purposes

Primary purposes:

• account access;
• WorkFootPrint;
• matching;
• collaboration;
• chat;
• security;
• support;
• billing.

Secondary purposes:

• product improvement;
• aggregated analytics;
• service reliability.

Users should be able to object to secondary purposes where required.

4. Data Categories

WorkTwins may process identifiers, account data, work-context derived signals, compatibility vectors, collaboration data, communications, billing metadata, and security logs.

5. Sensitive Data

WorkTwins is designed to avoid sensitive non-work data and exclude non-work activity from WorkFootPrints.

6. ARCO Rights

Users may have rights of:

• access;
• rectification;
• cancellation;
• opposition.

7. Transfers

WorkTwins may transfer data to service providers needed to operate the service. Transfers beyond processors/service providers should be disclosed and handled under applicable law.

8. Consent
