Final rights language should be reviewed against Chilean law and effective dates.

5. Sensitive Data

WorkTwins is designed not to process sensitive non-work data. Non-work private activity is filtered and excluded where possible.

International transfer obligations should be reviewed before processing Chilean user data outside Chile.
