1. Review Before Matching

Before selected WorkFootPrint information is sent for cloud-assisted matching, users may review it.

2. Controls

Users may:

• approve for matching;
• reduce granularity;
• increase granularity;
• mark private;
• exclude selected workflows;
• delete items;
• request reprocessing;
• view details;
• export data.

3. Example Granularity

Detected work signal: “Frontend UI debugging workflow”

High granularity:

• React component state issue in dashboard UI.

Medium granularity:

• Frontend debugging workflow.

Low granularity:

• Software development task.

4. Non-Work Exclusion

If activity appears private or not work-related, WorkTwins should show:

This activity appears private or not work-related. It was not added to your WorkFootPrint. It will not be used for matching. It will not be sent to WorkTwins servers.

5. Evidence Integrity

Users can remove, redact, or reduce information. Users cannot transform detected evidence into false professional claims.
