1. Overview

WorkTwins may use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service.

2. Categories of Providers

WorkTwins may use providers for:

• cloud hosting;
• database storage;
• authentication;
• email delivery;
• payment processing;
• analytics necessary for service reliability;
• crash reporting;
• security monitoring;
• AI/model processing, if applicable;
• chat infrastructure;
• customer support.

3. Provider Obligations

Providers must process data only as needed to provide WorkTwins services and under appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.

WorkTwins does not authorize subprocessors to sell WorkTwins data or use user work signals for advertising.
