WorkTwins Pricing & Billing Terms

1. Free Individual Use

Individual users may use available free WorkTwins features under the applicable plan.

Free access may include:

• local WorkFootPrint creation;
• limited WorkFootPrint browsing;
• limited matching;
• privacy controls;
• basic chat or collaboration features, if offered.

2. Company Paid Plans

Companies may pay for:

• company workspace administration;
• employee/team matching;
• candidate/collaborator matching;
• enterprise controls;
• collaboration features;
• security and audit features;
• support.

Company payments do not automatically give companies access to raw user work evidence.

3. Billing

Billing terms are shown at checkout or in the signed enterprise agreement.

4. Payment Processors

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors. WorkTwins does not intentionally store full card numbers when using hosted payment providers.

5. Plan Changes

Plan upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades may take effect at the next billing cycle.

6. Taxes

Taxes may be added where required.
