WorkTwins Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Patent Notice
WorkTwins™ is a derivative SaaS application and commercial embodiment of the broader Subjective Technologies™ stack. The WorkTwins™ website, brand, product names, designs, source code, models, infographics, videos, copy, technical architecture, and the underlying technology — including 0-Input Technology, the WorkFootPrint, KnowledgeHooks, WorkAtoms, WorkEpisodes, WorkTrace, and the computational affinity antenna — are protected by patent applications, copyright, trademarks, trade-secret law, and database rights.
This notice supplements section 13 of the WorkTwins Terms of Service. Where this notice and the Terms of Service appear to conflict, the Terms of Service govern.
1. Ownership
WorkTwins™ is operated under the Subjective Technologies™ trade name and stack. Subjective Technologies™ is currently a trade name and technology stack, not an incorporated company; a formal company entity may be created in the future, at which point these notices will be updated.
All original expression, documentation, designs, brand elements, source code, software architecture materials, models, datasets, technical descriptions, interfaces, product descriptions, research materials, diagrams, and proprietary implementations published on worktwins.com or embodied in WorkTwins™ are the exclusive property of Subjective Technologies™ or are licensed to it by their respective rights holders.
Underlying inventions, systems, methods, workflows, algorithms, and technical processes may be protected by patent applications, future patent rights, trade secrets, contracts, copyright, trademark, database rights, and other applicable laws.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and product names referenced on this site (for example, integration partners, IDEs, package managers, or operating systems) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
2. Patent Application Notice
Certain underlying systems and methods that relate to WorkTwins™ are disclosed in one or more United States patent applications, including:
- U.S. Patent Application Publication No. US20220358283A1 — *"Computer Implemented Cognitive Functioning System,"* Application No. 17/675,691. A reference copy is published on the Subjective Technologies™ website at
https://subjectivetechnologies.com/downloads/patent_US20220358283A1.pdf. No statement on this page should be interpreted as claiming that a patent has been granted unless expressly stated after official grant.
Additional patent applications covering the WorkFootPrint, the KnowledgeHook detection and triggering system, the computational affinity antenna, the WorkTwin similarity ranking, and adjacent inventions may be filed in one or more jurisdictions. Use of the WorkTwins™ service does not grant any patent license, whether express or implied, by estoppel or otherwise.
Re-implementing, cloning, or providing a workalike of the WorkTwins™ matching pipeline, the WorkFootPrint™ construction process, the computational affinity system, or related Subjective Technologies™ mechanisms may infringe present or future patent rights, patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, contractual restrictions, database rights, or unfair-competition rights.
3. Copyright
© 2019–2026 Subjective Technologies™. All rights reserved.
Copyright protection extends to all original WorkTwins materials, including without limitation:
- The WorkTwins website, including its text, layout, color system, visual design, illustrations, infographics, photography, videos, audio, and motion design.
- The WorkTwins client and any associated installers, configuration files, and bundled assets.
- The WorkTwins source code, build pipelines, and the Subjective architecture documentation.
- Subjective Technologies publications and any WorkTwins companion materials.
No portion of these materials may be copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, reproduced, mirrored, framed, deep-linked, scraped, stored, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Subjective Technologies, except as expressly permitted by these notices, by the WorkTwins Terms of Service, or by applicable law.
4. Trademarks
The following are trademarks of Subjective Technologies™:
- WorkTwins™, WorkFootPrint™, WorkAtom™, WorkAtoms™, WorkEpisode™, WorkEpisodes™, WorkTrace™, KnowledgeHook™, KnowledgeHooks™, Subjective Client™, Subjective Technologies™, Computational Affinity Antenna™, 0-Input Technology™, and the WorkTwins™ logo are used as trademarks, trade names, or service identifiers.
- Trademark applications for WORKTWINS and SUBJECTIVE TECHNOLOGIES have been filed in Argentina in Class 42. These marks are not yet registered; additional trademark protection may be pursued in other jurisdictions.
Use of any Subjective Technologies trademark requires advance written authorization. Permitted nominative use (for example, "compatible with WorkTwins") must accurately identify the WorkTwins service and must not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. No party may use any Subjective Technologies trademark, name, or logo in product names, domain names, social-media handles, advertising, training data labels, or any context that is likely to cause confusion.
5. Trade Secrets and Confidential Know-How
Significant elements of the WorkTwins system — including signal-extraction heuristics, KnowledgeHook detection rules, ranking models, similarity heuristics, telemetry schemas, prompts, evaluation harnesses, and internal pipelines — are confidential trade secrets of Subjective Technologies. They are not made public on this website or in any download, and they remain confidential even if observed indirectly through normal product use. Reverse engineering, observation, decompilation, side-channel analysis, or behavioural extraction of these elements is prohibited except where, and to the extent that, applicable law expressly forbids such prohibitions.
6. No-Training and No-Scraping Notice
Under Article 4(3) of the EU Directive 2019/790 (the "DSM Directive"), under analogous opt-out provisions of comparable national laws, and as a contractual term of using worktwins.com and any Subjective Technologies property, Subjective Technologies expressly reserves all rights in respect of text and data mining and machine-learning use of the materials made available here.
Without limitation, the following are not permitted:
- Scraping, crawling, mirroring, or systematic downloading of the WorkTwins website, product UI, infographics, videos, or documentation for any purpose, including for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, benchmarking, or distilling any artificial-intelligence model, foundation model, agent, or assistant.
- Using WorkTwins materials to construct datasets, embeddings, retrieval indexes, prompt libraries, or knowledge graphs intended for use by third-party AI systems.
- Republishing or paraphrasing WorkTwins descriptions of 0-Input Technology, the WorkFootPrint, KnowledgeHooks, computational affinity, or the WorkTwins matching pipeline as if they were the work of another product, person, or AI system.
Operators of search-engine indexers, content scrapers, AI training crawlers, dataset packagers, and large-language-model providers are on notice that access to worktwins.com is conditional on respecting this reservation. Any such use without prior written authorization from Subjective Technologies is a breach of contract and an infringement of the rights reserved above.
7. Anti-Cloning and Anti-Imitation
Imitating the WorkTwins product, its concept, or its presentation in a way that is likely to mislead users, partners, investors, hiring teams, or candidates is prohibited. This includes, without limitation:
- Building a service that closely replicates the WorkFootPrint concept, the WorkTwins matching pipeline, the computational affinity antenna, or the WorkTwins comparison story under a confusingly similar name, brand, or visual identity.
- Reusing WorkTwins infographics, screenshots, score grids, comparison tables, copy lines, or marketing claims (for example, "from claims to real work evidence", "private WorkFootPrint", "real-time collaboration", or the traditional-vs-AI-vs-WorkTwins comparison) in any third-party offering.
- Passing off Subjective Technologies™ original materials, technical descriptions, product concepts, proprietary implementations, documentation, diagrams, workflows, protected expressions, or confidential know-how as the unique invention of another company, founder, researcher, or AI system.
Subjective Technologies actively monitors for copies and will pursue all available remedies, including takedown notices, trademark and patent enforcement, copyright claims, unfair-competition claims, and platform-policy enforcement against AI providers that ingest WorkTwins materials.
8. Permitted Use
You may:
- View, navigate, and personally read
worktwins.com. - Quote short excerpts (typically no more than 100 words) for review, news reporting, education, or commentary, with a clear attribution to "WorkTwins by Subjective Technologies" and a working link to the original page.
- Download materials that are explicitly labelled as downloadable (for example, the Subjective Client installers and the published patent PDF on the Subjective Technologies website) for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Terms of Service and the WorkTwins End-User License Agreement.
All other use requires advance written permission from Subjective Technologies.
9. Infringement and DMCA-Style Notices
If you believe content on WorkTwins infringes your rights, send a written notice to the contact below. Include: (a) your name and contact details, (b) a description of the work or right you believe is infringed, (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
If you believe a third party is infringing Subjective Technologies' intellectual-property rights — by cloning the product, training an AI on our materials without authorization, reproducing our infographics, or otherwise — please report it to the same address. We take such reports seriously and act on credible reports promptly.
10. Reservation of Rights
Nothing on worktwins.com, in the WorkTwins product, or in any Subjective Technologies communication should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property of Subjective Technologies or its licensors, except as expressly set out in a signed written agreement.
Subjective Technologies reserves all rights not expressly granted.
