WorkTwins Desktop App EULA

1. License

Subject to the Terms of Service, WorkTwins grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the WorkTwins desktop application.

2. Tray and Background Operation

WorkTwins may run in the system tray or menu bar. Users can open the app, pause/resume recording, review WorkFootPrint signals, adjust settings, and quit the app.

3. Local Client

The Subjective Client processes work-context signals locally whenever possible.

4. Cloud-Assisted Features

Some features may require cloud processing, including account login, secure sync, real-time matching, chat, collaboration, and service reliability.

5. User Controls

Users can:

• pause recording;
• exclude apps, windows, websites, workflows, or folders;
• review signals before upload;
• reduce/increase granularity;
• delete data;
• uninstall the app.

6. Restrictions

Users may not:

• reverse engineer the app except where legally permitted;
• bypass security controls;
• use the app for unlawful monitoring;
• tamper with evidence integrity;
• misuse the app to harass or discriminate.

7. Updates

WorkTwins may provide automatic or manual updates.

8. Uninstall

Users may uninstall WorkTwins using the operating system’s uninstall process. Users should also use in-app controls to delete local or cloud data where desired.
