WorkTwins legal, privacy, regional, enterprise, and payment documents for the WorkTwins SaaS platform.

WorkTwins Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects WorkTwins users, company customers, and the integrity of evidence-based matching.

2. Prohibited Uses

Users and company customers may not use WorkTwins to:

  • harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse others;
  • discriminate unlawfully;
  • expose or infer another user’s raw private work context;
  • attempt to reconstruct another user’s private screenshots, files, source code, messages, or visual field;
  • use WorkTwins as a surveillance feed;
  • use WorkTwins as the sole basis for employment decisions;
  • create false WorkFootPrint evidence;
  • manually inflate skills or falsify semantic work evidence;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass matching/security systems;
  • upload or distribute illegal content;
  • process sensitive non-work activity intentionally;
  • violate payment processor rules;
  • violate law.

3. Company Customer Restrictions

Companies may not:

  • deploy WorkTwins without required employee/candidate notices;
  • use it for covert monitoring;
  • require users to falsify WorkFootPrint evidence;
  • use match scores as the sole basis for hiring, firing, compensation, promotion, discipline, or task allocation;
  • use outputs in discriminatory ways.

4. Enforcement

WorkTwins may suspend accounts, disable features, remove content, block matches, or terminate access for violations.
