WorkTwins Enterprise Terms

1. Scope

These Enterprise Terms apply to company customers using WorkTwins paid plans, workspaces, employee matching, candidate matching, team matching, or collaboration features.

2. Company Responsibilities

The company customer is responsible for:

• providing required notices to employees, candidates, contractors, and users;
• obtaining required consent or other lawful basis;
• configuring workspace visibility correctly;
• ensuring appropriate human review;
• avoiding discrimination;
• complying with employment, labor, privacy, and AI laws.

3. No Sole Automated Employment Decisions

WorkTwins provides compatibility recommendations and collaboration signals.

Companies may not use WorkTwins as the sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, discipline, task allocation, or other employment decisions.

4. Employee Privacy

Company access does not automatically include raw user work evidence. Company-visible information is limited by:

• workspace settings;
• agreement terms;
• user-approved sharing;
• applicable law;
• product permissions.

5. Prohibited Company Uses

Companies may not use WorkTwins for covert surveillance, unlawful monitoring, productivity scoring without specific legal review, discriminatory profiling, or deception.

6. Data Processing

If WorkTwins processes personal data on behalf of the company, the Data Processing Addendum applies.

7. Payments

Company billing is governed by the order form, pricing terms, or enterprise agreement.

8. Security

Company customers must maintain appropriate admin access controls and protect credentials.

9. Termination

WorkTwins may suspend or terminate company access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or legal risk.
