Company Use and Employee Privacy
1. Plain-Language Summary
Companies may pay for WorkTwins matching services, but company access does not automatically include raw user work evidence.
WorkTwins is designed to help identify compatible collaborators, teams, candidates, or employees based on work-context similarity.
2. What Companies May See
Depending on workspace settings and user approvals, companies may see:
- compatibility summaries;
- match scores;
- shared workflow categories;
- limited “matched because” explanations;
- user-approved WorkFootPrint summaries;
- collaboration availability;
- workspace-level analytics configured for the company.
3. What Companies Do Not See by Default
Companies do not receive by default:
- raw screenshots;
- private files;
- source code;
- passwords;
- private messages;
- full visual field data;
- non-work private activity;
- personal documents;
- raw local context.
4. Employee/Candidate Notice
Companies must clearly tell users:
- that WorkTwins is used;
- what data may be processed;
- what the company can see;
- what remains private;
- what rights and controls users have.
5. Human Review
WorkTwins outputs should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions.
6. User Controls
Users should be able to review, exclude, delete, redact, or adjust granularity where the product supports it.
